Within the ERMES project Ethical Issues are related to the tracking of human subjects, and the collection of personal data. The document proposed standard forms for “Participant Information and Informed consent form” by which a competent subject voluntarily confirms his/her willingness to take part in the research project ERMES, and Data usage information sheet consisting in a description on how given inputs will be used in the project, and procedures to be adopted for ensuring data protection/confidentiality/privacy including duration of storage of personal data.
Task 7.1: Spatial Data Infrastructure design for ERMES EO-data/product and geo-information. Deliverable 7.1 reports on best practices regarding Spatial Data Infrastructures (SDI), and applies these best practices to the specific ERMES context. This document defines three phases to incrementally comply with the creation of the SDI within the scope of the ERMES project.
Task 3.8: Service level agreement. In the framework of the ERMES project, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) will have to be signed between each ERMES end-user and the Service Provider. This document contains a summary table indicating the status of the stipulation of the Service Level Agreement between the ERMES consortium and each ERMES user. The original signed SLA are kept by the administrations of partners signatory of the agreement.
Task 1.4: Kick off and review meetings. This Deliverable contains the minutes of the 1st Interim review meeting of the ERMES project. The meeting was hosted on 11th December 2014 on the premises of REA in Brussels.
The meeting was dedicated to the description of technical and management activities conducted in the first 8 months of the ERMES project. It was attended by representatives of CNR-IREA and Sarmap, and by the projects’ Project Officer and external reviewer.
Task 4.4: Services design. The main focus of this deliverable is the design specification of the required interoperable interfaces, such as the description and design of software artefacts that cover a well-defined, independent functionality, required to achieve the expected functionalities of the ERMES system. Among others, the ERMES system will include the Regional Rice Service (RRS), the Local Rice Service (LRS), and the Smart App Service (SAS).
Task 2.1: Coordination of scientific and technical WP activities. This deliverable provides a synthesis of the scientific and technical activity conducted in the first eight months of the ERMES project.
Task 4.3: Services requirements. The objective of this deliverable is to define the service requirements based on the Description of Work (DoW) and the user and model requirements described in deliverables D4.1 and D4.2. Specifically, two distinct sets of service requirements will be defined, external and internal service requirements.
Task 4.2: Model and data assimilation requirements. This report describes how remote sensing data, field observations and crop models will be integrated within two different modelling solutions (i.e., ERMES-WARM modelling solutions) that will be developed for the ERMES project as realizations of the WARM model targeting the specific project needs. These modelling solutions will be integrated in products providing services at local and regional scales.
Task 3.4: Service level agreement. This document contains the template that will be used as a general framework for the stipulation of the Service Level Agreement between the ERMES consortium and each ERMES user
