Led by CNR-IREA, the WP will cover all the activities necessary for an efficient and effective administrative management of the project, including legal and financial activities. In this context, the project management team of IREA will establish and maintain the management plan which defines/identify the organization and the applicable procedures needed to meet the project objectives in accordance with the contractual requirements of the Grant Agreement and ensure fulfillment of these requirements.
