This deliverable contains the minutes of the second interim review meeting of the ERMES project. The meeting was hosted on 14th june 2016 on the premises of REA in Brussels. The meeting was dedicated to the description of technical and management activities conducted in months 18-24 of the ERMES project.

Task 1.3: Quality Assurance and risk management. The first version of the QAP was redacted in the first months of the project as deliverable D1.4. This document briefly describes results of Quality Assurance procedures implementation during the first half of the project (§2.1), and some changes and additions in those procedures that were decided by the Management Board (§2.2). It also analyses the actions implemented to deal with occurrence of some of the risks identified in [R1] and specifies new risks identified after [R1] completion (§ 3).

Task 1.1: Project Management. This ERMES “Project Management Plan” defines and identifies the organization and the applicable procedures that will be followed to meet the ERMES project objectives, in accordance with the ERMES Grant Agreement and Contractual Agreement. The management plan was created at the beginning of the project as projects’ deliverable 1.1. This document describes some changes and additions in the plan that were decided by the Management Board during the first 18 months of the project.

Task 1.4: Kick off and review meetings. This Deliverable contains the minutes of the first Periodic Review meeting of the ERMES (An Earth obseRvation Model based RicE information Service) project. The meeting was held on 23 September 2015 on the premises of CNR-IREA in Milano. The meeting was dedicated to the description of technical and management activities conducted in the first 18 months of the ERMES project. It was attended by representatives of all ERMES Partners, and by the projects’ Project Officer and external reviewer.

Task 1.4: Kick off and review meetings. This Deliverable contains the minutes of the 1st Interim review meeting of the ERMES  project. The meeting was hosted on 11th December 2014 on the premises of REA in Brussels. The meeting was dedicated to the description of technical and management activities conducted in the first 8 months of the ERMES project. It was attended by representatives of CNR-IREA and Sarmap, and by the projects’ Project Officer and external reviewer.

Task 1.2 : Project Control. This document describes the main structure and functionality of the ERMES SubVersion repository. The repository has been created on premises of the Project Coordinator (CNR-IREA) with the aim of collecting all official ERMES-related documents and software and allowing all members of the Consortium to access and share them.

Task: 1.3 Quality Assurance and risk management. The Quality Assurance and Risk Management Plan detailed in the present document sets out the quality assessment and risk management procedures for the project, aimed at assuring that the quality requirements are met appropriately and that the measures taken for protecting the smooth progression of the project ensure that internal and external project risks are effectively implemented.

Task: 1.1 Project Management. This “Project Management Plan” defines and identifies the organization and the applicable procedures that will be followed to meet the ERMES project objectives, in accordance with the ERMES Grant Agreement and Contractual Agreement.

Task 1.4 Kick Off and Review Meetings. This Deliverable contains the minutes of the Kick-off meeting of the ERMES (An Earth obseRvation Model based RicE information Service) project. The meeting was hosted on 12th and 13th of March 2014 on the premises of IREA-CNR in Milano.

Task 1.5 Ethical issues follow up. This document is aimed at address the ethics issues (EI), within the framework, and over the life time, of the ERMES project. Within the ERMES project EI are related to: i) the tracking of human experimental subjects, and ii) the collection of personal data.
