(English) Deliverable 11.3 – Dissemination Plan and Reporting v1

The current document describes and summarizes the ERMES dissemination activities that have been carried out during the whole lifespan of the project. D11.3 is a living document that takes its origin and structure from D11.1 and D11.2 and updates the dissemination information. The strategy and plan of the Dissemination activities within ERMES were already described in details in previous Deliverables (D11.1 and D11.2), that this document refers to. This report provides a list of the main documents and activities produced within this task and their links, with some statistics for the evaluation of the Dissemination Plan.

(English) Networking and interface with African and Asian potential users
This deliverable summarizes the activities conducted be the ERMES consortium to publicize ERMES services and products towards potential Extra European End-Users. These activities towards demonstrated the interest of organizations involved in rice monitoring activities in both South-East Asia and West Africa in primis for the regional rice monitoring products developed within ERMES.

(English) Deliverable 11.11 – Greek End-users open days report

The Greek Open day was held on 20 December 2016 in Thessaloniki. Aiming to the dissemination of the event a fruitful collaboration with the Central Macedonia Prefecture was established. Thus, after the project’s press release another one was officially released by the prefecture at a National level. The ERMES event was very successful since the audience included more than 80 participants, consisting of rice growers, agronomists, civil servants, traders, millers, cooperatives, journalists etc. The Greek Open Day was very successful indeed and served its purposes on the dissemination of the projects’ results among the Greek end-users and stakeholders, who were present at the event. Furthermore, due to the press attention, the ERMES project was also disseminated among the general population. Thus, besides the agro-sector, a part of the European taxpayers was informed regarding on how their tax money are invested from funding of European research projects.

This deliverable provides a list of ERMES scientific publications (published or under review), divided according to the type of publication:
  • Articles on peer-reviewed scientific journals (National or International) - Table 1
  • Proceedings for scientific conferences (National or International) - Table 2
  • Abstracts for scientific conferences (National or International) - Table 3
A list of scientific publications currently in advanced phase of writing is also reported in Table 4. For each publication, details about its publication status are provided, as well web links to the publication (when available).

(English) Deliverable 11.10 – ERMES Italian open days report

The final ERMES Local Service open day was held on 14th of December 2016 at the premises of the commodity exchange of Mortara (PV, Italy) and had the main objective of discussing and demonstrating products and services developed during the ERMES project.The second Italian Open day was dedicated to the regional end-users, and it was held in Milano in IREA-CNR premises in 12/01/2017 and attended by representatives of the different ERMES end-users as well as from other Institutions interested in the ERMES results. This deliverable provides a brief report of the two open days, focusing on their agenda and on the interactions occurred with end users. The presentations used during the meetings are also reported in Annex, as well as the questionnaires compiled during the Local open day.

(English) Deliverable 11.12 – Spanish Endusers open days report

This document contains a report of the final Spanish open day conducted by the representatives of ERMES partners UVEG and UJI with current and potential Spanish end-users: cultivators, rice technicians, agro-businesses and authorities. The meeting was held in the CRDO (Consejo Regulador Denominación de Origen Arroz de Valencia) on 15th of December 2016. It was planned in order to demonstrate to present and future Spanish end-users and stakeholders the capabilities of the already operative ERMES tools, and how to work with them.

This document contains the description of the ERMES project brochures and leaflets created during the projects’ lifespan to help disseminating ERMES main results and achievements. The brochures were developed by CNR-IREA, DEMETER and UJI, and adapted to the three case study areas by the different ERMES partners. They were uploaded to the ERMES website, from which they can be downloaded.

Deliverable 11.15 – Gender Action Plan v1

Task 11.4: Gender issues actions. This document is aimed at revise and update the state of promoting and monitoring activities, within the framework of the ERMES project, as related to equality between women and men. In particular regarding the actions implemented within the consortium throughout the project life-time for: i) promoting actions to reconcile work and private life; ii) raising awareness about gender issues. The two issues of the ERMES Gender Action Plan (GAP), constitute project deliverables (D11.14, D11.15) and commitments contained are binding for all project partners.

Deliverable 11.2 – Dissemination Plan and Reporting v0

Task 11.1 Dissemination of Ermes results. The current document describes and associates the ERMES dissemination activities to be disseminated to the targeted audiences and dissemination means. It provides an overview of all identified events and documents that were found suited for presenting the project and its goals, and reports the dissemination activities that have already been performed. Dissemination Plan is a living document that takes its origin and structure from D11.1 and updates progressively the dissemination information. D11.2 provides an overall view of the dissemination tools (brochure, logo, web site) and activities (events and products) generated until July 2015.
