Task 10.2: Business Model Tw o viable market segments have been identified for ERMES services in Europe: authorities, rice producers, European market, extra European market that are in these report analized.
This deliverable includes:
I) a description of the strategy adopted by the consortium to interact with Users in order to have their feedback on the first year demonstration
II) the template of the questionnaire adopted as a way to collect the evaluation of services user satisfaction.
III) report of the status of the activities conducted in the tree countries to assess User satisfaction and summary of the results
IV) Lesson learnt: comments and highlight of i) product/service exploitability, ii) user interest in the actual tools/product and iii) future scenario
Task 2.2 Annual project meetings The 2nd ERMES annual meeting was held at the premises of the School of Forestry and Natural Environment of Aristotele's University of Thessaloniki (Greece).The main event took place the first two days ; the third one was devoted to bilaterl meetings with end-users.
Task 3.3: Project information for user data protection Within the ERMES project Ethical Issues are related to the tracking of human subjects, and the collection of personal data. Actions to face ethics issues have been outlined in the deliverable D1.11 Ethical Issue Documents and managed under the Management Work Package (WP1).
This deliverable summarizes the main ERMES data archive and catalogue created during the first year of demonstration, in the form of simple listings (tables), briefly also describing some minor changes and amendments that were deemed necessary.
Task 9.2: Service application at local scale. This deliverable summarizes the main achievements of the first year of demonstration in the three European local study areas by briefly describing the work conducted for the generation of the different products, on a per-product base.
Task 9.1: Service application at regional scale. This document summarizes the core ERMES products generated during the first year of demonstration for what concerns the Regional Rice Service. A set of tables briefly describing the produced datasets, for each ERMES test site, is here reported. A more detailed description of the different datasets and their exploitation is provided in ERMES Deliverable 9.3 – “Report of Regional service demonstration for the three case studies: first year v0”.
Task 9.2: Service application at local scale. This deliverable summarizes the core ERMES products generated during the first year of demonstration for what concerns the Local Rice Service, in the form of simple tables briefly describing the produced datasets, for each ERMES study area within Europe.
Task 8.1 The activities of the ERMES Task 8.1 are focused on the overall validation of the ERMES Local Products and Services, in terms of their accuracy and quality as assessed through independent means. The results of this analysis are necessary for assessing the products’ usefulness from the end-users’ point of view, but also serves as means to identify possible improvements that can be incorporated into the respective processing chains.
Task 9.1: Service application at regional scale. Activities of Task 9.1 are focused on the services demonstration at regional scale. Activities conducted within this task in the 2015 rice growing season were therefore dedicated to the production in near real time of the main ERMES products related to the Regional Rice Service and to the delivery of earlier products to the main regional end-users in accordance to what specified within the Service Level Agreements. This deliverable summarizes the main achievements of the first year of demonstration in the three European regional study areas by briefly describing i) the products/services already generated or in phase of finalization, and ii) the way in which they were used in the general context of the project, and disseminated to end-users, on a per-product base.
