Task 6.2: Model customisation for local application. This deliverable documents the version 0 of the ERMES-WARM local modelling solution (LMS v.0). This solution will be integrated within the Local Rice ERMES Service, providing farmers with detailed information related to the state of their own fields and insurance companies with information on yield variability at farm scale.
Task 5.4: Meteorological variables. The document provides basic indications related to the location and general characteristics of source code developed by IMAA-CNR for the generation of the NRT and Forecast Meteorological products.
Task 5.2: Crop detection and spatial variability. The objective of this report is to present, demonstrate, and discuss methods and obtained results (in 2014) by Task 5.2 in relation to the processing chain and work flow to be followed for the generation of the following ERMES products rice crop extent , constant pattern and seasonal pattern.
Task 5.2: Crop detection and spatial variability. This deliverable documents the processing chains used or developed for the generation of ERMES product(s): Rice Crop Extent, which is related to the production of regional rice area maps; Constant Patterns, which is related to the production of local constant pattern maps; Seasonal Patterns, which is related to the production of local seasonal pattern maps.
Task 5.3: Crop bio-physical parameters and phenology. This deliverable documents the processing chains developed for the generation of ERMES products: Multitemporal LAI maps at regional scale; Phenological Maps; Multitemporal High Resolution LAI maps at local scale.
Task 5.3: Crop bio-physical parameters and phenology. This release document reports on the version v0 of the ERMES Multitemporal Biophysical Parameter maps. The products are both Regional and Local.
Task 6.3: EO data assimilation. This deliverable refers to the tool used for exogenous data assimilation within the ERMES-WARM modeling solutions. Since the deliverable corresponds to a software component (UNIMI.Forcing), this document only provides basic information related with (i) where to find online documentations of algorithms and code, and (ii) where the completed component software development kit (SDK) can be downloaded.
Task 2.2: Annual Project meetings. This Deliverable contains the minutes of the first ERMES annual meeting project. The meeting was hosted on 26th e and 27th of March 2015 on the premises of University of Valencia.
Task 6.3: EO data assimilation.
Within the ERMES project Ethical Issues are related to the tracking of human subjects, and the collection of personal data. The document proposed standard forms for “Participant Information and Informed consent form” by which a competent subject voluntarily confirms his/her willingness to take part in the research project ERMES, and Data usage information sheet consisting in a description on how given inputs will be used in the project, and procedures to be adopted for ensuring data protection/confidentiality/privacy including duration of storage of personal data.
